Alert the press, I made a Mickey Mouse waffle. Cute, isn't it? I found the waffle iron on the street - because who in their right mind would buy a Mickey Mouse waffle iron - and put it in a drawer for about a year. Then I found out making waffles is totally easy so I hauled it out, to the great delight of my children - and cranked out some picture-perfect Disney-trademarked breakfast treats. Huzzah!

worked. Except I just used olive oil instead of melted butter. Enjoy!
Awesome! So today's the day for the "Mom of the Year" award? :) We got a Mickey waffle iron as a wedding gift. It finally conked out a year or so ago, but we got lots and lots of Mickey heads out of it!
